Matter & Co is a Toronto-based material curation studio specializing in commercial flooring, custom rugs, and sustainable surface solutions. We work with designers, developers, and procurement teams across hospitality, multi-family, and corporate projects.

    The four seasons of co working spaces Matter&Co provided area rugs and hardwood flooring in 14 floors of this iconic Heritage building.

    Matter&Co is an expert in the field of carpet for condominium refurbishment having completed dozens of towers with global experienced mills.

    Solis Movement is Toronto’s leading pilates and yoga studio. Prioritizing healthy materials Matter&Co consulted on all flooring and surfacing.

    Luxury Hospitality

    Matter & Co partners with leading design teams to develop custom carpet solutions for luxury hospitality environments.

    This approach has been applied across a range of hospitality projects, including Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, where a biodegradable nylon program was implemented to deliver both performance and a more considered material approach — without compromising the overall design vision.

Matter & Co is proud to be the exclusive Canadian distributor of Parador, bringing the full Parador portfolio to projects across Canada. This includes the versatile Parador Modular One collection, as well as the launch of Taterra — the first 4.5mm glue-down, PVC-free flooring of its kind.

Together with Parador, Matter & Co is helping lead the shift toward sustainable surfacing in Canada, offering designers and developers access to next-generation materials that balance performance, durability, and environmental responsibility.
