Materials, Made to Matter.
Matter&Co is an independent materials sourcing and distribution partner for architects, designers, developers, and builders. We bring together thoughtfully curated flooring, surfaces, and architectural materials from leading manufacturers, balancing design, performance, sustainability, and cost. By working closely with design teams from concept through specification and supply, we make it easier to find the right materials—and deliver them with the commercial expertise to make exceptional spaces possible.
At Matter & Co., we believe exceptional spaces begin with material. Flooring grounds a room. Surfaces shape its atmosphere. Together, they define how a space is experienced — how it feels underfoot, how it reflects light, how it endures over time. Our work is primarily focused on luxury developments, high-end condominiums, and hospitality projects where performance and aesthetics must work seamlessly together. At the same time, we proudly support residential clients seeking the same level of quality, refinement, and design integrity in their homes.
A THOUGHTFUL DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
We don't believe in endless options. We believe in considered selection. Matter & Co. partners with leading manufacturers and skilled producers to offer a refined portfolio of premium wood flooring and complementary architectural surfaces. Every material is selected for its timeless design relevance, proven durability, performance in high-traffic environments and responsible sourcing.
Whether specifying for a multi-unit development or a custom residence, our goal is the same — to provide materials that elevate the overall design vision while meeting the practical demands of the space.
